Shipping Fees

Shipping fees remain the same unless cool shipment is selected. Cool shipment requires an additional fee.

Payment Methods

Payment Deadline

Payment must be completed within 5 days of order confirmation. During the end of the season, payment must be completed within 2 days.

Orders will only be shipped after payment has been received.

Delivery Timeline

Mangoes are shipped during the harvest season (typically June–July). Estimated delivery times:

• Okinawa Prefecture: arrives the next day

• Mainland Japan: arrives in approximately 2 days

Returns & Cancellations

• Cancellations are accepted only before payment.

• After payment is completed, cancellations are not accepted.

• Due to the nature of fresh fruit, returns are not accepted except in cases of damage or quality issues.

• If your mangoes arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

• Mango harvest and shipping schedules may be affected by weather conditions.

• We may not be able to deliver on the exact date requested.
